Okay, got here earlier today and was able to enjoy some crispy hot moist chicken wings. The sauce was a sweet hot chili. This is a very relaxed environment and it is kid friendly as well. I'm thinking the bartender was thinking about my drink the 'Separator' overnight as he went right to it and made it spot on picture perfect today. The menu changes seasonally so be prepared for something new. As for now, I'm enjoying the libations and will order an additional batch of wings for the Mrs and I to enjoy back at our room.

Been here a couple times so far and the staff is super friendly. Their house old fashioned is unique and super great (Cardamom, pear, etc...) Had the schnitzel sandwich this time and it was solid. Wife had the pear and blue cheese salad w chicken and thought it was really good. If you come in the busy season of the summer or Christmas get in line early before the doors open to get the best seats. Service is quick once you order at the bar.

We noticed this place while walking around the shops and saw the fire pits on the deck and decided to check it out. There was a line about half way down the building but it moved quickly. We shared a picnic table withoutside with another couple but had plenty of room to ourselves. The food and drinks came pretty quickly after ordering. I am not normally a fan of pretzels but the ones they made were amazing, both dipping sauces paired well. The bratwurst was fantastic as well and we ended the meal with another pretzel and root beer float. Would highly recommend this place

We had lunch here on our final day in Leavenworth. The sign outside says they have the best pretzel in Leavenworth, and they weren't lying. We tried several pretzels from other places but this was the best. We had kids with us too, and they agreed. Plus, it really is giant! Out food was so good that we woofed it down before I could get pictures. We had the pork schnitzel sandwich and the kids had chicken fingers and mini corn dogs. Everyone was happy! We sat inside because of the kids, it was a tad cold out. But the outside atmosphere seemed pretty awesome with the fire pits on the tables. Definitely want to try that next time!

We sat outside at one of the fire tables and it was very cool! Not many people sitting outside, it took us about 10 minutes to wait in line. The cheddarwurst was so hot and delicious! The cheese inside was melty and perfect. The pretzel was great, perfect about of butter and salt on top.

Rein Haus is right in the main area of town next to the park. If it is busy you do have to wait in line we went on a Friday and waited about 20 minutes. We were able to sit outside at a fire pit table which was so cute and quaint with amazing town and Mountain View's just a good vibe. You go up to the bar when you sit outside to order we grabbed a few drinks and a giant pretzel to share. I had a delicious cranberry mule and the pretzel was crisp on the outside but so soft inside. It also came with amazing sauces cheese, pimento cheese and then chocolate in case you want to mix it up. I would definitely recommend this spot for a quick bite and drink.

When in Leavenworth, have German food. On our recent summer golf trip we change up our dinner plans and ate at Rhein haus. It's a little more casual than some of the other restaurants in town. It's modified table service where you order at the bar and they later bring your food to the table. The quality of the food was good, and our party enjoyed the schnitzel, sausages, cabbage and cold beer. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. We'd go again.

Rhein house offers a pretty casual atmosphere with inside and outside seating and tasty food and drink options. Five of us dined here for a week night in June, and we were able to be seated pretty quickly. We tried to sit outside at first, but it was still pretty warm, so we asked to be moved inside. The sausages and brats here are pretty big. I would say twice the size of a normal brat. Enough to share. Pretty good sides, too, but be prepared to pay a premium price, as expected.
